Mini-meatloafs

serves 6

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
2 4 oz cans mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
1 c rolled oats
1 egg
1/3 c chopped onion
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 T Worcestershire sauce (or more if you like more)
2 T ketchup
1/4 t dried thyme

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 12 cup muffin pan w/ cooking spray
2. In large bowl, mix together turkey, mushrooms, oats, egg, onion, salt, pepper, sauce, ketchup, and thyme.
3. Divide the mixture into 12 balls and place into muffin cups.
4. Bake for 30 mins or til internal temp is 160F.
